from a variety of different perspecitives - utility, renewables/technology providers, government, environmental and customers - will answer this

one question:

You are granted carte blanche authority to do/change/implement

an energy policy - what is it and why? 

Each panelist will provide her answer and then we will open the

conversation for a Q&A round.
